Holiday Information
Prices
The quoted prices are per apartment per night including bed linen, dish cloths, electricity and heating. Internet access is also available. We kindly ask you to bring your own towels. Minimum stay: 5 nights.
Arrival & Departure
Please note when planning your journey that the apartments are available after 3.00 pm on day of arrival. We kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 10.00 am.
Non-smoking House
Please note that our chalet is a non-smoking house. Smokers are welcome to smoke outdoors or on the balcony.
Pets
Pets are generally not allowed.
Deposit & Payment
To confirm your booking we require a deposit of 30% of the total amount within 7 days after your booking. The remainder should be paid in cash in our house.
Cancellation Conditions
Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. In the event of cancellation between 29 and 7 days before arrival we charge a cancellation fee of 30%, for cancellations between 6 and 1 day/s before arrival we will charge 70% of booked holiday price. For cancellations on the day of arrival until 6.00 pm we charge 90%. Cancellations are only valid with confirmation from both parties.
Travel Insurance
A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival and early departure cancellation charges will be made. Anything can happen (illness, accident etc ...). Therefore we recommend you take out Travel Insurance.
Our apartments can be booked exclusively for the winter season.
